You can easily change your mailbox's password from the client area. Here is how you can achieve this:
- Login to the client area and go to My Products & Services.
- Select your Hosting Exchange service.
- Click on the Managing Mailbox button.
- Click on the mailbox for which you want to change the password.
- You can put your new password in the Password and Confirm fields.
- Click on Save
Even though the email recovery will send you a new and secure password, we strongly advise you to update it as explained before.
